Have you or someone you know been affected by the recession? Even if you have not been affected and the economy seems to be on the mend, do you want to be better prepared in the face of continuing uncertainties?
Hope is an event not to be missed! The full day Fair aims to provide valuable resources and tips for your financial well being and career management through tough times. The Fair will be opened by the Guest of Honour, Mr. Teo Chee Hean, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Defence, Adviser to Pasir Ris-Punggol Grassroot organizations.
There will be attractive workshops on various topics related to the recession, Legal, Money and Resume cum Career Coaching Clinics providing individual counselling supported by the Lawyers’ Christian Fellowship, Credit Counselling Singapore and Singapore Human Resources Institute.
An Employers’ Corner comprising agencies and direct employers, together with other participating organizations will make available hundreds of jobs and provide career resources, financial assistance, training and service opportunities. The Fair promises to equip participants with the skills, information and counsel they need to tackle their own challenges and strive towards new goals with confidence. A dynamic prayer ministry will undergird the event and support those who request for prayer and healing.
Participants will receive a goodie bag containing useful materials and practical giveaways. They can also savour authentic peranakan and other fare at 1970s prices. Celebrity artistes will also visit to support the Fair in the afternoon. The day will culminate with an inspiring HOPE Concert that includes a special testimony by Mr. Glenn Knight.
